Jacobus Opperman ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") built the Yoté Game application. This service is provided by Jacobus Opperman and is intended for use "as is".

This Privacy Policy explains how user data is handled when you use Yoté Game. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

I strictly prioritize your privacy. Yoté Game does not collect, store, or share any personal or private data.

• No Remote Servers: The app operates entirely offline and does not transmit any of your personal information, device identifiers, or usage statistics to external servers.
• No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal identifiers to play the game.

3. Local Processing and Storage

All game data, including progress, saved games, and settings, is processed and stored strictly locally on your device's internal storage. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this local information will be permanently deleted. I have no access to this local data.

4. Third-Party Services

I do not use AdMob, Google Analytics, or Google Play Service. Google Drive back up which is secure and encrypted is used with this app. The user can disable Google Drive back up on his/her Android device if he\she so wishes.

This application does not integrate with any third-party services, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or Software Development Kits (SDKs) that track, collect, or share user data.

5. Children's Privacy

Because this app does not collect any personal data, it inherently complies with children's privacy regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy requirements. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children.

6. Security

I value your trust in playing Yoté Game. Since no personal information is collected, transmitted, or stored by the Developer, there is no risk of your personal data being exposed or breached through my servers.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
